Can anyone tell me about flying conditions for these guys? Seems like really high and restrictive hour requirements, and really low salary and conditions on a Challenger 601. They are offering $8000 for a captain and $4,800 for FO. Long hours, little off time, poor per diems when on a trip, no transport etc etc.

Here's an idea: Don't even bother making contact with people like this. The only way to get the bottom feeders to improve their Ts&Cs and general standards is if nobody replies to their insulting adverts...
You want to know what they are like to work for? Take a wild guess - I don't think you'll be wide of the mark.
