recruitment ended last month itself!I saw the ad.....2000+TT,type rated and time on type for FO.NTR only for west africans(1500TT on any a/c).

Errr, wrong. Can't be asked to rack my brains too hard but one that comes to mind without effort is South African who operated -400's in Africa! :ok:

In the 747 era, Ethiopian were stuck in 767s. By the time they were ready, it was the 777 era

Planes painted and STUCK in Tehran - years of maintenance performed in non-approved MRO. :suspect: :ugh:

Application for AOC declined with long list of "fix" items to rectify before re-application......namely the manuals. :(

Senior Flight Operations guys not been paid and subsequently departed the fix. :ugh: :ugh: :ugh:

Not too many smiles going down in Accra at the moment. :ouch:
