Hong Kong Airlines

Hiya All,

Been recently inundated with positions for both FO and CP to join Hong Kong Airlines, on the 320 initially but a 330/350 ticket to be added later on, i.e. 2-3 months within the company.

Anybody have any information about these guys ? pay seems to be way above average FO especially and that rings all sorts of alarm bells with me usually and chances of upgrade ? living in HK ? from a EU type person point of view ?
raising a family out there ? or is it a case of forget about it ?

If I was you,take up the offer of a interview. Once in HK, try and meet as many current HK Airlines pilots as possible. Basically plan on 20000 HK$ a month for rent, 10 K per month per child for education, as a F/O you won't be saving much money.
