Waren, the newspaper report suggests that airwork will operate the aircraft rather than freightways, who I assume are the operator of the convair.

If the report is taken as being correct it intimates that freightways will get out of operating aeroplanes and sub contract to airwork.

I don't know the NZ scene at all so I may be reading too much into the newspaper report.

The CV580 all seem to be registered to
Air Freight NZ Ltd PO Box 73088 Auckland Airport Manukau 2150

We're as all of AirWorks 737Fs are:

Airwork Flight Operations Limited PO Box 201064 Auckland Airport Manukau 2150

Anyone know what the total 737F that airwork will have by next year?

I think there's some confusion between feildair and airfreight NZ etc..the pilots are all in a collective independant from both companies I recall..negotiated themselves a fairly handsome pay scale..feildair are running the j31s and 32s for lifeflight and presumably Ingles new flight of fancy. I wonder whether converting from round dials and props to jets/glass/FMS might be a bridge too far for some of the originals!? There's lots of fish to be caught in the gulf!

Lot of feildair gingerbeers at AA might get some bad news too..job losses suck
