Can anyone tell me what the package is for a DEC at Air Asia?

Well you might want to think before you go. Heard the TRE's are charged with failing pilots in the sim so that they don't have to pay them.

Perhaps someone inside can elaborate and put this rumour to rest.

I am not from the Inside Capt Wooblah. What I heard from Friends that have now gone from that place is,
about 2 and half years ago The DCAM did Audit. Result was 6 month extension given to AOC, I heard TF was on knees to them.
I guess maybe you read that though. Most of the Management were booted out except the trg Chief mr D C who managed to lick something to stay in. I also heard that they hired a load of MAS FO's a while back and very quickly they became Capt an TRI etc. I heard one was famous for throwing more and more failures until the guy crashed. The Capt D C guy he failed as well.
I also heard a Foreign DEC who join them from FO in ME carrier become Base commander overnight and then had some problem with DCA and had License suspended about that time.
Of course Captain its probably a rumor right,
