About 10 miles to the east of Perth (Scottish version) about 13.00. High wing small twin looked like in between Seneca and Islander size I think but seemed (stress seemed) to have winglets. Can't figure it out at all. Anyone any thoughts?

Not high winged, but with winglets.

Also Partenavia P68 might fit the bill

And 24 or 28 hours loiter if you take the Israeli UAV version of the Diamond. Pretty in both guises.

Thanks but 'twas high wing. Am now thinking along the lines of a Rockwell Twin Commander as that would fit the bill. Quite unusual around here if it was.

Islanders have diagonal wing tips which from some angles and distances might possibly be mistaken for winglets.

Spot on DR UK. The winglets were blue. I didn't know there was one of those at Dundee, and it was certainly flying a typical training pattern. Thanks. :ok:
