Maximum parking time for general aviation aircraft at Beijing Capital Airport has been slashed from 48 hr. to 24 hr., effective May 1, according to the blog of Jimmy Young of Universal Aviation China

Beijing tightens business aviation restrictions (http://aviationweek.com/ebace-2015/beijing-tightens-business-aviation-restrictions)

Ain't getting any easier to operate in and out of China by the looks of things.

A couple of weeks ago, at the suggestion of Universal, we repositioned the aircraft at ZBTJ (Tianjin). It wasn't as bad as I thought it might be and in some cases better (customs, documentation) than Capital. Unfortunately, it is a sign of the times if and when ZBAA makes more ramp space or the new airport is finished.

The restrictions are formidible - but only to transients and those lower down the food chain. With the appropriate status and/or connections the restrictions may be formally waived.

Just take a look at the number of aircraft parked long-term in Beijing. Not all of them are there because their owners are in jail!;)
