The Notam prohibits flight below FL260.

I can't think of one single US Airline that flies over Somalia…..

I'm not sure if that post ref notam was sacasm or forgetting a similar notam was issued for Ukrainian airspace before disaster struck.

Or maybe just stating the facts?

Drift down and depressurization issues addressed in the notam.

But since we are about questions, why is this thread in Middle East forum?
And not in North America or Africa forums, where it would be more pertinent?

Or maybe is just one of the usual thread "look what other countries/airlines around the world are doing" meanwhile we, poor EK/Middle East crew are sent to die because they don't care, whine, whine?
