Searching for aircraft accident investigation reports from Nepal

I am researching for a television series and have been unsuccessfully trying to get ahold of the final reports for the following incidents:

I've searched the NTSB database, ICOA, Tourism Board of Nepal, CAAN, as well as a number of other agencies, but haven't had any luck, so any and all suggestions are welcome!

Hi..this will be difficult at best due to the Administrative problems within the State of Nepal. Its a symptom of their ongoing troubles. The report most likely was authored by a committee and the document kept locally within the State and not available for public consumption.

This is not the only State that acts as it does.
