Hi.
Does any of you have a list of chapters required for an NCC (non commercial complex) Operations Manual as required by Reg. 965/2012?
I know NCC is expected for end of 2016 but maybe have already done it and is willing to share information.
Thanks for help.

I understand many authorities are producing template manuals.

...allegedly

Yes, after months of investigation, I found it

But it is well hidden in the EASA documentation...
Check in AMC3/ORO.MLR.100

It would have been too easy to put it in part NCC... :ugh:

Have fun

Makaya,

No sorry you haven't found it. There is nothing there; the section says reserved so not sure what you are looking at. The next section looks at the manuals for CAT operations......

It's in AMC2.ORO.MLR.100

And what does it say?

It doesn't "say" anything because it's a document, and it could have been found by using Google in less time than it took for you to type the question.

Cheers deeferdog, one character makes all the difference!

Still pretty basic and undescriptive, so thats good I guess. KISS principle :D

If you need a finished NCC manual, I can certainly help and provide you with that.... please PM me if you would like to discuss or assistance. In my opinion though a manual is only part of the problem, the requirements under ORO.GEN.110 are wide reaching obligations on the operator (and specifically the Accountable Manager) for procedures, training, checklists etc., and I can assist with all of that too... providing all the "tools" you need to keep flying under NCC!
