Terry passed on last November aged 90. Having been asked
to contribute an obit to 'RAG & TUBE' magazine, asking here
for anybody with memories of Terry to get in touch.

Terry flew a Firefly into Moorabbin for the museum, uncertain
though as to the date .

Fantome...

I seem to recall around 60-62 B&B got a contract for target towing and were supplied with a Firefly. It may have ended in the museum afterwards.

Emeritus.

Don't forget to mention the mighty Avro Anson used on crayfish runs down to the Bass Strait Islands and into the old Saint Helens airstrip.

The DC-3's used on the nightly shuttle across Bass Strait.

The Argosy VH-BBA introduced in the mid 1970's to replace the DC-3's.

According to Geoff Goodall's Aviation History Site (http://www.goodall.com.au/warbirds-directory-v6/fairey.pdf)

WD828 was delivered from Bankstown to Moorabbin on 18 February 1967
