Hi Folks
Have just seen a job advertised (latest pilot jobs) in Saudi for CL605 Captain, 2 months on/1 month off, for the princely sum of 10,000 USD per month! Is this the state of our business nowadays? I would be interested in peoples thought's. For the record, I won't be applying.

That's only $120,000 a year, not that great especially considering the location.

Some broker had the brilliant idea of adressing me personnally with an e-mail yesterday for a G450 job in Jordan: 2 months on, 1 month off, with the princely salary of.... wait for it... 7500 USD per month. And yes, that was for a captain's seat!
Except insuring that all future e-mails of that company go straight to the spam-folder, what do these yokels think they'll achieve with these garbage proposals???

Here is what's happening with those low ball recruiters. They are charging the owners 12,000 per month and paying you 7,500 with the difference going directly into their coffers. Buggers to be sure!

The owner will get what he pays for - he, or his management company, should know better.. The best, and yes I said the best, pilots will not be the ones that take on these kind of jobs - on those terms.. Makes me wonder if the owners a f@cking stupid - or just being stupidly fooled by some management company..?
