The Museum is moving to Lyneham.

They are putting on a big leaving show tomorrow 1000 to 1500 ?

After the move est reopen time on new site Sept 2016.

Sounds great if you want your face painted but I'm not sure if there are any aeroplanes there. (I live about 1/2 mile from the garrison).

The hangar that contains (or contained?) all the instructional helicopter airframes is, alas, inside the perimeter of the camp (the museum is outside it), so even if it still has any residents they are unlikely to be visible, other than the Scout that sits next to the main gate (assuming that hasn't gone, as well).
