AirNZ 'Seek'ing Manager- Pilots

Any thoughts on this ad via Seek? I've used their title from the ad "Manager- Pilots".

There are pilot manager roles in Air NZ. My understanding is that they are there to do just that, be a manager more on the administrative side. A management pilot deals with more the operational nature of the job.
Nothing to read much into.

That doesn't tie in with the fact that the advert says you don't need to be a pilot to apply.
The manager pilots minimum-wage talks of are experienced pilots.

Framer you misunderstand my post. Manager of pilots is not necessarily a management pilot e.g fleet manager. There is a pilot manager in air nz that doesn't hold a pilots licence, so isn't a management pilot but a pilot manager.
