The best pilots are invited to test the 1903 Flyer and fly it at least 852 feet

Search for this site "web version - First Flight" ( First Flight (http://firstflight.open.ac.uk/takeoff04.html) ), select the option "Full speed with a gusting wind", press "Fly" and, when the 1903 machine appears in a window, click the top of the control stick and then, if the plane gets into auto pilot mode, click the control again and fly the airplane by hand.

Do not forget to write down the distance you traveled in the air at your first, second, third, etc. attempt and when you finally fly more than 852 feet post please your progress on the forum.

I am curios to see how many crashes a modern pilot needs to replicate the second flight Wilbur Wright performed on December 17, 1903.

I guess everyone missed Microsoft Flight Sim 2004 when this was included. With the Vickers Vimy. And the Ryan NYP. And the Curtiss Jenny. And the de Havilland Comet Racer. And all the downloadable third party content...
