Our new initiative of increased reserve over all areas need to have more notification initiatives.

We have introduced a private scheduling policy at the request of Mr. Scheduling and approved by the DOP/DFO/GMA to increase the amount of contractibility of each and every crew member.

In a four phased application beginning with Hong Kong based crew “The CPG” will initiate a program with the Hong Kong phone companies. Hong Kong based phone companies have the ability to track text messages. They are able to provide the sender with the date/time the message was sent and if it was received. When Crew Control receive the conformation from the phone companies that the message was received, that conformation will again be sent to the crew member as a confirmed notification of roster change. If the crew member does not complete the duty, that member will have a missed duty on their personal file.

Each text message sent, “The CPG” will pay the Hong Kong phone companies $3 HKD and the phone companies will welcome the extra revenue. We are in the process of bargaining with other phone companies around the world to have this initiative in all based areas with 18 months.

Mr. Scheduling again with the approval of the DOP/DFO/GMA believe this is money well spent because Mr. Scheduling said so. There is no need to put more money in our advanced rostering system when we can very easily provide punitive rosters to each and every crew member. We do not discriminate here at “The CPG”.

Punitive rostering will continue and Corporate Safety Department will have no input on any scheduling affairs. All ASR-F’s will be collected by CSD but nothing will be done. Scheduling will increase the amount of flying within the WOCL to each and every pilot until these industrial matter are solved. Again we do not discriminate here at “The CPG”.

The HKCAD will have no input in this matter as it is purely industrial and will not get involved. The CPG will deal with this in-house and all ASR-F’s along with MOR’s will be kept away from the HKCAD.

For Hong Kong based crews, the amount of reserve will increase both home and away with increased length of patterns with reserve down route.

Overseas based crews will also see more reserve at home base and in Hong Kong with an increase of EXB’s.

Freighter pilots will continue to have 10-12 day patterns with minimal time off and continued roster disruption.

This will not change in the foreseeable future and quite frankly nothing can be done about.

We feel that Mr. Scheduling has done a brilliant job producing the Punitive rosters in the past and these rosters are here to stay.

Contract Compliance is only making our crew controllers work harder to manage the flight schedule but we have given them 2 months special bonus salary for all their hard work along with a double digit special pay rise.

Very few flights are being cancelled and ones that are, are of a technical nature. Your Contract Compliance is futile.

Positively shaking in our boots.....we know you're a spoof but it would be typical of this lot to spend money intimidating instead of managing. It is illegal to withold safety related reports from the CAD, by the way, and I always take a copy and forward it to them anyway - just in case it was mislaid, you understand.

It's still surprising that people don't recognize TM for the satire that it is.

I know! I sort of feel embarrassed for them, kind of like when someone doesn't get the joke. Awkward!!!

But Sorry TM, not your finest work. You are trying too hard, so maybe it is indicative of how far the "real" management has already gone?

What I'm saying is, they've stolen all your material and left you with nothing.

If everyone did this, everyone would avoid roster disruptions as well as working G days, and everyone (including G day workers)

I understand and agree with your point, but I can't see why anybody would have to live like Edward Snowden just to avoid calls.

Just don't answer when you don't have to. And if you do, say no. It's really not that hard.

All the spy kit in the world isn't going to stop G day heroes from dutifully rushing to the Batman signal.

I don't think many people think TM is real but the scary bit is that, although his posts are a caricature of our gallant 'Leaders', they actually do have a ring of truth about them.
ie Our so called managers act in real life pretty much the same as someone taking the piss out of them.
They are the enemy of the customers and the Company - not the pilots.

It is illegal to withold safety related reports from the CADAnd "The CPG" has never done anything illegal........................

You have no idea who you are dealing with and how deep we will go to further our cause.

We have destroyed families in the past and will not hesitate to do it again. You think you have the bigger gun.....................when the time comes, we will pull the trigger on the biggest gun and disinigrate the pilot group as we did in 2001.

The DOP is desperately trying to convince the Board to act on his recommendation as his did in 2001. When it happens everyone will fall into line just like they did in 2001. Game over.

Don't push us as we pick and choose when to bring out the big gun.

Trust me, you don't have the fortitude for it.

Nice one TM.
Unfortunately for your real-life equivalents, there is an uncomfortable conclusion to '49ers' Part Deux' and that is this. Unless all you Zoology and PPE graduates from Oxford University can wizz out and get yourselves an ATPL pretty damned quick, you can't run an Airline. The Airline cannot survive without pilots but can survive a long time without sycophants, yes men and cowards! Somebody up there on Floor 9 can see through all this nonsense - surely. You've reached 'rock bottom' - the peasants are revolting. You may be compromising the safety of your own Staff Travel. Get your effing cheque book out!

As a famous saying once went " What no bread let them eat cake "
A shame that she really was that detached from reality that she ended up losing her head in the unkindest cut of all
This whole thing is being orchestrated by the highest echelons of management so no , No one is going to see through the bull**** because they think that we will collapse like we did last time
The one factor they are missing is the fact that this is no longer the job it used to be. The troops are pissed off and they are short of everything except aircraft and the wheels are coming off but until we de-rail totally nothing will change
For anyone who was in any doubt that this will work , Doubt no more ,and for those G day workers still helping out stop it . The whole thing will be that much more effective
