Holding a B1.1 type licence I have started to knock off the modules for a full B1 but now wondering if it's worth going the whole hog and just going B2 ?
Which modules are required B1.1 to B2 ?
Can you do EASA modules overseas and then get credit with the training org in Australia ?

Any sensible advice welcome 😜

If you have a kiwi license you might find it a bit easier going to b2

Yeah Gas Bags - I was talking with a KIWI LAME who said under the Trans Tasman agreement it can be done ?
I'm not sure if I'd have to convert my Aussie B1 to a KIWI B1 by simply completing the Air Law ?
More investigation required.
Thanks

Last time I checked EASA will NOT accept foreign modules , but Will accept EASA modules from overseas if the organisation is EASA 147 approved . The UK CAA have international offices where you can sit modules .

Before thinking about converting , remember type ratings will NOT transfer and you will have do type courses again under EASA !
