When one ignores the difference between Right and Wrong because you have too much to lose… you are being paid too much.

CX management know this all too well and will continue to attack our contract and erode our conditions until WE - as a united group, stand up together and do the RIGHT thing.

Simply put, this 25+ year assault on our livelihoods will not stop until we stop it.

Defend our contracts!
Defend our profession!
Defend our company!

And maybe earn a little bit of respect along the way.

Hardly.

The only liquid some of our colleagues have been drinking is kool-aid.
