Thanks for the link - a very good summary for those of us no longer up to speed with how modern aviation works.
What I didn't follow, early on in the narrative, was the use of the adjective 'redundant' re the fuel and hydraulics.
Does it mean 'spare' or 'extra' - or do the cousins use it in a different context to the way we use it?
