Hi Guys just a quick one. Which is the better Airline to work for Skywest or Republic? Please state pros/cons.

Skywest.
Both have relatively long upgrades right now, especially when you consider the short upgrades at other regionals. Skywest has much better working conditions. Republic is known to have one of the worst contracts in the regional industry. Detailed information can be found on other forums. You will easily see a stark contrast between the attitudes of the employees.
