EK Employee Survey?

No survey results as yet.

Is this because it takes so long to compile the stats and analyse the data? Or, were the results so negative even EK can't put a positive spin on it so they will never see the light of day?

From what I heard, it was an external company who was carrying out the survey and reporting back to EK. The survey was done done for them (EK) and not for you (the employee) and I believe that the results would have only been published/announced if it had been praising the company of how good they are. Clearly this has not been the case.

Hi Nikita, you are right and of course it has to seem to be EK in full control and the ones who issued the survey but I still believe/understand that it is an external agency who is behind the survey itself ie; full analysis of the results to be presented to EK.

Allegedly the 9th floor had a desire to be in the Global Top 50 Employers Club. The Survey was/ is a requirement by said "Club" as a kind of entrance step.
How far EK has progressed to making it into the Club? Well I will let you draw your own conclusions on that one.

If any Emirates employee actually believes that the survey results will ever see the light of day, well I have a big bridge in Brooklyn for sale if they are interested in a once in a lifetime deal!:E
