"It would have been very easy to look the other way, however the majority supported the minority...."

Nothing against the NZ guys, but of our finite funding how much was spent in support of this case, that really effects very few?

I hope the vigour with which this case was pursued is replicated in the GC pursuing "pay and only pay..." Isn't that what our leaders said?

But we go into RP negotiation in January. Despite the absolute shortcomings in EVERY CX offer or "talk" here again we will be laying down with the dog again by way of even going to the negotiation on RPs.

No doubt we'll wake up with fleas.

they tear us down little piece by little piece, soon those few become many and all those little battles do make a difference.

The NZ ruling actually affects everyone on COS08 who signed over as well as those on COS99--as well as any who might be affected by age differentiation on contract so it's not exactly a minority. While the issue of standing and venue might take some time to work its way through I think its precedence will have some far reaching effects.

Gonna be tough to make money if our airplanes only fly from Hong Kong straight back to Hong Kong.
