Restrictions on N-reg aircraft in Asia & Africa?

Can anyone tell me if there are issues operating N-registered aircraft into any of the following countries and areas:


West and Central-Africa
Uzbekisten
Tajikistan
Azerbaijan
Kazakhstan

Basing: NO for the stan's not 100% on Africa.
