They said they cannot do it.

Their competitor LIDO & SABRE definitely able to do it.

8.1.7.1.6 Predetermined Point Procedure
When planning to a destination alternate where the distance between the
destination aerodrome and the destination alternate is such that a flight can only
be routed via a predetermined point to one of these aerodromes, the amount of
fuel should be the greater of (a) or (b) below:

(a) The sum of:
•Taxi fuel
•Trip fuel from the departure aerodrome to the destination aerodrome, via the
predetermined point
•Contingency fuel (as for standard flight planning)
•Additional fuel if required, but not less than the fuel to fly for two hours at
normal cruise consumption after arriving overhead the destination aerodrome
•Extra fuel if required by the Commander/PIC

Or

(b) The sum of:
•Taxi fuel
•Trip fuel from the departure aerodrome to the alternate aerodrome, via the
predetermined point
•Contingency fuel (as for standard flight planning)
•Additional fuel if required, but not less than the fuel to fly for 30 minutes at
holding speed at 1500ft (450m) above aerodrome elevation in standard
conditions; including final reserve fuel
•Extra fuel if required by the Commander/PIC.

The predetermined fuel planning is the greater of F1 or F2:
•F1 = Taxi + Trip APB + %(*) APB + 2 hours cruise
•F2 = Taxi + Trip APE + %(*) APE + 30 minutes holding

(*) contingency fuel as per standard fuel planning
