Can't install Ad Blocker Plus and IRSpell to IE11

Recently had to hit 'Reset IE Settings' as IE kept shutting down, working well now but, having downloaded latest versions of Ad Blocker Plus and IESpell, they do not appear as they should in toolbar,(Ad Blocker) or Tools menu (IESpell).
Would appreciate any solutions/ideas please.

Make sure the things you want are present and enabled :cool:
