I'd have a look at nearby farms for a new barn or implement shed.

This kind of ranks right up there with the theft of a full sized swimming pool. :p

Not really. Stealing a hole in the ground, now that takes real class.

One never knows....

Another two thousand square metres of display space would not be excessive. Two more aircraft arrived in the last couple of weeks and we do need to clear the Beechcraft out of the workshop before Waitangi weekend.

I was afraid you were going to ask! 1 Skycraft Scout! Also 1 complete Thruster.

There are some bigger aircraft, including a jet, on the 'possibles' list.

Never mind whether he is a colourful organist, observing that he probably has a fair idea of what he's talking about with "I'd have a look at nearby farms for a new barn or implement shed.", given that his stated location seems to be pretty close to RNAS Schofields in NSW, aka HMS Nabthorpe (http://www.hms-vengeance.co.uk/nabthorp.htm), where I'm sure a few hangars have disappeared into the adjacent countryside over the years.:=

Well actually it really wasn't a hole in the ground, it was the pre-fabricated full sized pool shell that was supposed to fit into the hole in the ground that was stolen.

Funny thing is, the guy got away with it for years, until he started bragging about the theft. But by then, the statute of limitations had ran out, so he still ended up with the pool.
