New York children 'thought Kate was Princess Elsa from Frozen' | Metro News (http://metro.co.uk/2014/12/08/new-york-children-thought-kate-was-princess-elsa-from-frozen-4979617/)

Apparently Kate was greeted by screams similar to those that greeted the Beatles back in the 60s :ugh:

What is it with people who express their excitement by screaming?

It's the same Country where they applaud at the end of a film in a cinema or when the pilot lands safely. In the latter case I would have preferred tips.

I always thought passenger applause following a hairy landing was a subtle put down!:ooh:

I went to see the Beatles at the ABC cinema in Carlisle in 1963. Can't say I heard much of them, but I certainly heard a lot of screaming. My ears were still ringing all the next day.

Kate really is very easy on the eye. I'd sooner see Kate and William doing their stuff as ambassadors for team UK than Air Miles Andy, or indeed Charles making a prat of himself doing his "dad dancing" to some local music.
