When the heading bug is set on e.g. 360 degrees on the HSI, the A/P indicate that it captures 004, and stays there.
So there is about a 4 degree error (always to the right of the heading bug) on select heading to what the autopilot actually captures.
Can any one tell me, or know where I can find the answer to what the error limit is?
The solution is to get it fixed ($$$$) But I'm looking more for what is legal to fly with in the possible mean time. It is private (not commercial) flying.
