I need to know what the maximum age allowed is to give actual flight instruction in Singapore ?

You could try the Singapore Air Navigation Order (http://www.caas.gov.sg/caasWeb2010/export/sites/caas/en/Regulations/Legislations/Air_Navigation_Act_.html?__locale=en). It used to be 65 for commercial work including instruction
