2 questions for the QR guys...

I have 2 questions for the QR guys..

1. Requirement hours for Captain 320 is 4000 total flying hours with 2000 command on 320 OR 1000 pic on 320 family with current lpc.....
I applied and they said I don't meet the preselected criteria...any idea why??

2. For the first officer fast track, they say minimum 2 years with the company after line check...
Will they stick to their words after 2 years???

The figures listed in point 1 are not the minimums for narrow body captain direct entry.
The OM A states 6000 ttl and 2000 command on multi-crew aircraft in excess of 50k kg.

Most times probably not - BUT - sometimes a percentage of those times might actually be better for an individual - like the stopping of the bond salary deduction.
