Notice qf 8405 Melbourne Singapore cancelled and sitting on Tarmac. Does anyone know why?

Left gate 1927 - ground returned to ramp 2000.
RTD 1430 11 NOV.
Only reason given in EK Flifo OPERATIONAL REASONS, in other words something wasn't. Nothing mentioned QF Flifo.
