Looks more like Derrick!

I thought dragging flies was what trout fishermen did. Well it is jet blast on a Friday night!;)

In prehistoric times (carboniferous era) the buggas were five foot long and could really bite yer arse.

Nice image anyway. I'd managed to photograph some damselflies this summer...but dragonflies had been quite elusive. Finally, I managed to get one, unfortunately clinging to the washing line, rather than a pleasant piece of greenery.

Thanks to Henry Crun and ShyTorque and Loki for your replies.

I just knew that someone somewhere on pprune would know the Answer.

Notwithstanding the other so called humerous replies, grow up people.

There's nowt so funny as someone asking a serious question on Jet Blast. Heh-heh.

He even got the right answer as well, which is a bit of a bonus.
