KCLE - any feedback ?

Anyone been to KCLE recently and if so, what's their opinion on the FBO service and customs?

Does anyone have email or fax contact for KCLE customs ?

We've used KBKL two or three times this year, right next to the hospital (if that's the purpose of the visit), closer to city centre also, limo can go on the ramp direct to aircraft, no hassles whatsoever and Landmark handling will look after you very well.

At BKL, Landmark is the better of the two. Facilities are old looking but inside is updated. The hangar was actually built in St. Louis in the 60's I believe, then torn down and moved to BKL sometime in the 70's. Line staff is pretty switched on. Ramp could be bigger but if you're in a larger aircraft, you'll likely be parked on the main ramp which is much larger and close by.

Plenty of good hotels nearby as well as good restaurants. Restaurant row (E.4th st.) and the Flats have the better eateries. Also Rock Hall and the Science Museum are very walking distance from the FBO.

PM if you need other info. CLE/BKL was home base for me for more than 20 years.
