Have you actually flown in China? If you think we’re over-regulated, you aint seen nothing until you’ve been to China. Civil aviation is restricted to just a few airways 10 nm wide between the large cities, which are lent to them by the PLA. The PLA tightly control the rest. Unfortunately until the PLA relinquish this control, GA and business aviation has got a snowflakes chance in hell of going anywhere anytime soon.
