Hearing regular reports of Flydubai delaying the payment of the 'end of service' benefit for employees (pilots, cabin crew and engineers). Some claim to have been kept waiting for nearly four months.
Whilst this typifies the Flydubai mentality, as I understand it, it is illegal under UAE employment law, although I am happy to be corrected on this.
Are there any FZ ex employees prepared to share their experience on this forum?
