What would you put in "terms and conditions" for ACASS?

As I plan my transition out of Part 142 Sim Instruction to the shark-infested waters of contract flying, I am looking to learn from the experiences with others. I am well aware of the varied reputation that ACASS Canada has around here, so no need to rehash all of that. I am simply looking for what "terms and conditions" you would insist on having added to the the "Appendix A" of an individual dispatch/assignment? Consider it a wish list of all of the Must Have, Should Have, and Would Like to Have items from any contract that you have ever had go wrong in any way.
