HELLO ALL!
i know it sounds silly, but i really have no idea what this is! i quote from a NOTAM:
A4256/99 KZOA 9910030030--9910030830.
CARF NR 1200 ON-AST SOUTH STATIONARY RESERVATION WITHIN AN AREA BANDD BY 1157N 16524E..................
HIGH: FL350-TO FL480

another one: CARF NR 1199 ON 30 RANS AIROP DO-9914 STATIONARY RESERVATION WITHIN..........

I don`t really understand them ,especially "stationary reservation", what is that?
could anyone help please!

Central Altitude Reservation Function, Number 1200, for an Air Sovereignty Test (AST). (An aircraft on a NOPAR flight plan or ALTRV that is designed to test the detection, identification, and reporting functions of the air defense forces (ADCF and interceptor/fighter units).)

The airspace to be reserved for this military activity will be a stationary block (i.e. not moving), within an area....
