Hi,

Does anyone have any information on the current goings on at China Southern Flying College?

I am a Grade Two with just over 1000hrs and META and I was considering applying.


Pay / Salary/ Conditions for Flight instructors,
Moral / eg How do the management treat instructors?
Opportunities for advancement (Ie SE to ME to Jet?)

I'd say it'd be like every other flight academy that caters to international students in this country..

I just heard from a friend that as of this month CSWAFC management has scrapped the flight bonus incentive scheme.

This will result in a drop of up to 30% effective salary for many flight instructors there especially the ME drivers.

Way to reduce moral guys. Definitely reconsidering any application now.
