Any good recs for agencies specializing in flat leases in HK?

They're all much of a muchness, to be honest. Pushy, etc., but just ignore them.
Remember that their fee (1 months deposit split between tenant and landlord) is always negotiable. Usually to half.
I use the agents as merely the guy with the keys and phone numbers. I ignore most of what they say, and do my own research. The only one where I've actually experienced decent service is Savills.
