Hi

I am looking for advice regarding jobs in China.

What are the pros and cons in dealing with an agency vs going direct to the airline?

Are there any contract companies to avoid?

What are the various arrangements for getting paid? I understand sometimes that you are paid directly from the airline, sometimes from contract company, and sometimes a combination of both.
