How come the DEC for Silkair is posted on the jobs bank but there is nothing posted on the Silkair careers website? In fact the website says there are no pilot positions available. What exactly does "Direct Entry" mean anyways? That you'll go straight into Silkair? Or do you have to possess some kinda qualifications? Nothing much is stated on the jobs bank.

It's a error. The job site admin is probably not of an aviation background. This job is actually a Direct Entry FO/SO position.

It was put on this website because they are trying to keep the foreign pilots out, thus the need to use Singpass.

Why phil? They aren't hiring and if they were they prefer not to take foreigners. Unfortunately unless you have serious time on type it's a no go.
