flight from/to Croatia

Hi

maybe some of you is well informed : can you fly your plane direct from one of the airports in Croatia (Zadar,Pula) to private airfield in EU country (Slovakia) or you need to land at airport with customs service to show the passports?

Croatia has been a member of EU since 2013, but it is not a Schengen country, so I guess the best bet would be just to ask the local authorities.
