Hi everyone, just looking for some advice in regards to self starting. I know the requirements for both A and B1 EASA part66 UK CAA licenses. I am after some advice in regards to making myself more approachable to MRO's for work experience. I have had a look at doing Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety Phases I & II and EWICS as a start. Is there anything more I could do that would satisfy an MRO for taking me on unpaid work experience.

It would also be great if anyone could share their experience if they have done the self starter route themselves.

To avoid double learning of subjects you should take module 7,9 & 10 the respective essay together with the multiple choice exam.
Study module 17 and module 8 together.
Study module 6, 7 multiple choice and module 7 essay together.
I recommend students to study module 1 to 5 together or in two steps.

Free study material is here www.easa-66.eu/BBS (http://www.easa-66.eu/BBS/)

I hope that helps.
