You must have struck a separate deal Coke. I haven't had a "pay rise", if that's what you call it, since May 2012. The deal expired May 2013.

Silber, it appears the union has learned from past mistakes and not put the current offer to the members. Let's hope it stays that way for the greater good.

That's right curtain. Which is why I'm totally for the non-divuldging of the offer presented. It doesn't take a genius to know that the offer will (not has the potential) but WILL rip the union in half.

The dangle of the carrot may be a little too much for the group you just mentioned.

If we were at a proper airline, with a proper 21st century contract, we would never even see the CN 1 or CN 2 scales. At most airlines if you upgrade at 12 years, you go straight to CN 12. Yup. Yet another thing we give CX for free. What a laugh.:(

Worse thing is half the blokes at CX have no idea about this.

Amazing, give a bunch of monkeys some praise and they will do what is asked of them. Regardless of how you treat them.

That is how you use propaganda!

Another missed opportunity for the pilot group.

We are the Masters of Propaganda as seen by the ineffectiveness of the pilot group.

The peak season will tail off soon and the Revenue and Planning teams are working on capacity adjustments and/or market initiatives in anticipation of the slacker periods over the remainder of the year.

3rd floor will be raising their glasses to that. We have missed every opportunity for CC to have maximum effect. Might as well wait till christmas then :(
