I hope someone can help me in tracing a Spitfire pilot who served in WW2. It is on behalf of my elderly aunt who served in the WRENS. I hope to discover is the former SAAF pilot is still alive and his whereabouts if possible.

> - Steve McLean, the author of the book The Spitfire in SAAF Service, says Neville Hamilton spent time at 70 OTU in 1944 and was then posted to 7 Squadron around March 1945. His name doesn’t appear on the Roll of Honour so it is presumed he survived the war.
