Just looking at the ANA Boeing order and wondered if anyone knows how to acquire an SFI/SFE there or indeed any Japanese airline.

ANA use their own training captains in the sim and these are either current or ex ANA (i.e. retired) pilots. Alteon used to do some of the early simulator training but they are no longer involved in the process and I think they've packed up and gone home. I'm 99.99% certain there is no prospect of becoming an ANA SFE/SFI unless you are an ANA captain.
