May have more luck with this on freight dogs.

See NCA are recruiting. What's the latest with them? Are they as good to work for as we used to hear? What's the roster pattern like ex AMS? How many days off are guys getting or is it the minimum 10 days?

Cheers

I don't think NCA are currently recruiting. Like many, not the job it was. Each lot of new joiners come on an inferior contract to their predecessors.

Cheers Mendel. I gathered they have to travel home on the 10 days off leaving you not much time off at all. I know money used to be good from chatting to crew but that was years ago.

Yeah, stay away. Forget NCA, apply somewhere else.

I think that's NGA you're referering to Harry not Nippon Cargo. Cheers anyway.

NCA is a great company to work for. Great money but if you do not live in the U.S. getting home could be a problem I worked for the Japanese for 14 years and 10 days off was the norm. Forget CASS if you want to jumpseat. I am not sure but I do not think they provide commuting tickets either. If I am not mistaken don't you have to be FAA licensed? Given all that, working for a Japanese company is great. The pay is fine and the people are great and although the physicals and training are anal, once on the line it is the same as every other airline.
