IR Renewal

Can some one please advise me what all needs to be done to renew IR(on Indian CPL) on aircraft with AUW less then 5700 KGs if it has been more then 12 months but less then 24 months since the expiration of IR?

FAM Flight

Followed by Skill test by day , Skill test by Night and then IR Check
