Sync Outlook Calendar with Android

Google have announced that their Calendar Sync app (which syncs your Outlook Calendar with Google Calendar and therefore anything on your PC calendar is synched to your Android phone calendar) will cease to work from end of July.

So they are forcing us to use their products and stuff us small businesses who do not need Microsoft Exchange Server (which can do this).

I have found some paid for third party applications which can do this, but an unsure if they are good as they say. Has anyone got any advice or experience?

I have been using gSyncit for this for a while now and am very happy with it. I am syncing Outlook calendars, contacts and tasks across laptop and desktop with android phone and ipad via google calendar.
