Can anyone tell me what the age limit, if any, is for a private registered flight under ICAO regs?

Specifically private VIP jets.

ICAO don't make regulations, they just provide standards and recommended practices.

You need to check the national regulations for the licence privileges of the state of licence issue and the states of the route being flown.

The answer is no, the wording in ICAO Annex 2 refers to "commercial air transport", as this isn't applicable to corporate aviation, there is no age limit. Quite a number of guys around here who are in their 70's.
